About Rackspace and the Role

Rackspace is seeking a reliable and professional Messenger/Driver to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's day-to-day business operations by ensuring efficient and secure transportation services.

Role Overview

The Messenger/Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of documents, packages, and personnel across various locations in Riyadh. The role also involves handling essential administrative errands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Riyadh’s road network, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport documents, parcels, and materials between offices, clients, and government entities.
• Provide driving support for staff and visitors as required.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of items while strictly maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with processing official paperwork, including document submissions and collections from ministries or banks.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures or receipts for all transactions.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies at all times.
• Support basic office errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, and other ad hoc tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Saudi driving licence with a clean driving record.
• This role requires the use of the employee's own vehicle. Applicants must hold a valid KSA driving licence and maintain all required vehicle insurance, registration, and legal compliance in accordance with local regulations.
• Proven experience in a similar messenger, driver, or courier role.

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Good knowledge of Riyadh roads, routes, and key locations, including government offices.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and able to handle light lifting if required.
