About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (KSA) is seeking a Middle East Credit Control Junior Specialist to join its Commercial Finance team in Riyadh. This temporary position is for a 9-month maternity cover and is ideal for a highly motivated and analytical individual with 0-1 years of experience and a strong understanding of accounts receivable, financial, and business reporting. The primary focus of this role will be on accounts receivable, invoice tracking, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Support Accounts in tracking and collecting payments.
Upload invoices in Etimad and monitor payment statuses.
Manage client relationships and escalate issues to management as needed.
Prepare for MDP meetings and execute assigned actions.
Contribute to the monthly cash forecast and identify any gaps to ensure effective cash flow management.
Act as the single point of contact for Wrike updates and promote its usage within the Credit Control Team.
Allocate payments for accounts under management.
Respond to all accounts receivable-related queries, including Statements of Account (SoAs) and other documentation.
Understand and ensure compliance with both internal and external deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field and demonstrate good knowledge of accounts receivable, financial, and business reporting principles.
