Officer, Customer Care and Services (Call Center) - Riyadh

Carrefour Saudi Arabia, part of Majid Al Futtaim, is seeking a Customer Care and Services Officer for its Call Center operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring high-quality customer interactions and service delivery, contributing to the overall customer experience.

Role Purpose

The Customer Care and Services Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the customer care department. This involves actively addressing customer inquiries and ensuring the consistent delivery of impeccable service standards in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to customers as required.
• Resolve basic customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to ensure impeccable service delivery standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and technical skills relevant to the direct line of work.
• Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures, and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
