About the Operation Manager Role

SSC is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead and optimize operational strategies. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing and enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability across all departments.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and adopting solutions that drive productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with strategic company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all operational activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience up to 10 years is preferred.
