Operations Manager, Registration & Content Operations

Entertainment Gears is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Registration and Content Operations for a significant project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves overseeing the registration platform, onboarding processes, stakeholder training, and managing communications. The manager will also ensure the accuracy and currency of website and mobile application content through established operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the registration system, including workflows, user roles, data quality, and issue escalation.
Build, lead, and manage the registration onboarding team, defining workflows, scripts, SLAs, and capacity planning.
Deliver system training, user guides, and refresher sessions for stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder requests via a structured intake, tracking, and escalation process.
Prepare, schedule, and dispatch newsletters and stakeholder communications.
Manage website and mobile application content requests from intake through approval and publication.
Administer back-end CMS operations, publishing, access control, and content quality checks.
Establish content governance, approval levels, turnaround times, and quality standards.
Coordinate with web, mobile, design, and technical teams on releases and urgent updates.
Produce operational dashboards and reports covering registration volumes, turnaround times, backlog, adoption, and data quality.
Maintain SOPs, process documentation, risk logs, and issue trackers.
Support live-event registration readiness and post-event data and content handover.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, registration, event technology, or digital operations.
Strong management and team leadership experience.
Proven experience managing registration or CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms and content workflows.
Experience managing newsletters and communication dispatch.
Strong background in stakeholder training, reporting, and dashboard development.
Experience supporting large-scale events in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Strong process design, workflow management, and service-level management skills.
Working knowledge of data privacy and access-control principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Currently based in Saudi Arabia with valid permission to work in the Kingdom.
Experience with government or semi-government entities is an advantage.

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual who can manage complex operational processes within a dynamic project environment.
