About the Operations & Supply Chain Analyst Role

Autobia is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to enhance the speed, efficiency, and reliability of its operational processes. This role operates at the intersection of procurement, operations, and analytics, focusing on identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and improving day-to-day decision-making through data visibility. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time opportunity.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Operations & Supply Chain Analyst will be instrumental in refining Autobia's operational flow, encompassing procurement, inbound logistics, fulfillment, and dispatch. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate operational data into tangible improvements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to establishing structure where needed, and support teams in executing changes that elevate service levels, throughput, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and monitor end-to-end order cycle times across sourcing, first-mile logistics, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics to identify areas of speed and execution loss.
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks within procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment center throughput, and dispatch readiness, and support initiatives to address them.
  • Track supplier performance, operational delays, and key exception patterns to enhance reliability, response times, and execution quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to improve operational visibility and facilitate faster decision-making.
  • Support process improvement projects by measuring current performance, identifying gaps, and tracking post-implementation results.
  • Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for procurement, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to foster execution discipline and drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including order cycle time, on-time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time, and supplier fill rate, highlighting areas of underperformance and opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, analytics, or a similar role within a startup, marketplace, retail, distribution, or logistics-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with operational datasets.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and BI dashboards.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
