About the Role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an Oracle Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for leading full-cycle implementation, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Unifier, ensuring seamless integration with Primavera EPPM and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Unifier, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live phases.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements effectively.
• Configure and manage Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting, and Document Management.
• Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct thorough testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards within the Unifier platform.
• Align all implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls principles.
• Hands-on expertise in Unifier workflows, cost and contract management, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM.
• Proven track record of successfully completing 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations specifically within the EPC or Construction industry.

Desirable Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle Unifier with Aconex, Candy, and Oracle ERP systems.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Project Controls to align business requirements with system capabilities, particularly within the EPC industry.
