About Keglu Bakery and the Role

Keglu Bakery is a specialty bakehouse located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to producing premium-quality keto and gluten-free baked goods. We serve health-conscious customers and individuals with dietary restrictions, focusing on innovative grain-free ingredients and zero refined sugars. We are currently seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our full-time team.

Role Summary

The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in accordance with company standards. This role requires adherence to excellent food safety and hygiene practices within a dynamic kitchen environment. Experience with specialty doughs, gluten-free products, or artisan baking is considered an advantage for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas following established company recipes and quality standards.
• Develop and prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Monitor and ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all food items.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.
• Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Manage ingredient inventory and accurately report any shortages.
• Work efficiently and effectively during peak service hours.
• Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure seamless operational flow.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and maintain performance in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Experience with gluten-free or specialty baking is a distinct advantage.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed directly with candidates during the interview process.
