About the Role

Devoteam is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven PPP Business Modelling Consultant to join its Consulting team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing robust business, commercial, and investment models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP), digital transformation, managed services, and revenue-sharing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks including:

• Developing and maintaining business, commercial, and investment models for PPP, digital transformation, managed services, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
• Conducting market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments.
• Designing commercial strategies, monetization frameworks, pricing models, and revenue-generation approaches.
• Developing value propositions and business models aligned with client objectives and market opportunities.
• Preparing business cases, financial analyses, and investment assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Developing commercial frameworks for government, infrastructure, digital, and technology initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and strategic partners to structure commercially viable solutions.
• Preparing executive-level reports, board presentations, commercial recommendations, and investment memoranda.
• Supporting proposal development, client pursuits, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Monitoring market trends, emerging business models, and PPP developments to identify new opportunities.
• Managing multiple projects and business opportunities while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
• Between 5-10 years of experience in business modelling, commercial strategy, PPP advisory, infrastructure advisory, management consulting, strategy consulting, commercial advisory, or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience in developing business models, commercial strategies, value propositions, pricing models, and revenue models.
• Strong experience in business case development and investment analysis.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, smart cities, digital government, ICT, infrastructure, or technology-enabled initiatives is highly desirable.
• Exposure to managed services, ecosystem business models, and revenue-sharing frameworks is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the KSA market, PPP ecosystem, Vision 2030 initiatives, and government transformation programs is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a focus on structuring commercially viable opportunities and providing executive-level recommendations.
