Keeta is seeking a Procurement Intern to join our team in Riyadh. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement processes and support daily operations within a professional environment. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Procurement Intern will provide essential support to the procurement team, contributing to the efficient execution of daily tasks and project initiatives. This role involves a variety of administrative and support functions aimed at ensuring smooth workflow and progress.

• Assist the team with daily operational tasks, including English and Arabic translation, organizing interview minutes, and conducting data searches.
• Participate in the support and execution of projects, helping the team to advance work progress.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Proactively suggest process optimizations to enhance work efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this internship should meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or higher degree program. Major restrictions do not apply.
• Possess good communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork.
• Proficient in using standard Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous for candidates:

• Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Chinese language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetable, and fresh food classification.
