About the Opportunity

Jamjoom Medical Industries is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Diabetes Care team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on supporting the company's insulin pump product line.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the insulin pump product, educating healthcare professionals and patients on its use, and building strong customer relationships. This role is key to contributing to sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote insulin pump products and provide professional demonstrations to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Educate and train users on insulin pump therapy, including features, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support patients during pump initiation and provide ongoing follow-up when required.
• Build strong relationships with diabetes clinics, endocrinologists, and diabetes educators.
• Manage assigned accounts, identify business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, collections, and product inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and gather market and customer feedback.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant product specialist role, preferably within the medical or diabetes care industry.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• Ownership of a personal car.
• Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals and patients in the field.
