About the Role

Consult Pro is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for its operations in Riyadh. This role requires a professional with strong delivery discipline and deep techno-functional knowledge of fintech platforms. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing client implementations from initiation to completion, ensuring structured execution while understanding the company's modules and bridging business needs with platform capabilities. This is a leadership position demanding both technical expertise and practical application.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of implementation projects for fintech and financial services clients across the GCC, from kickoff through post-go-live.
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including Project Charters, delivery plans, RAID logs, and progress reports, focusing on driving alignment.
• Lead steering committee engagements, presenting delivery status, managing escalations, and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring compliance with SAMA and GCC regulatory and governance frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and client stakeholders on clear ownership, priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Contribute to the company's PMO by enhancing delivery frameworks, reporting standards, and implementation playbooks.
• Build deep functional knowledge of the company's modules (payments, collections, disbursements, cards, lending, open banking) to guide configuration and resolve ambiguities.
• Engage in technical integration reviews to identify potential delivery blockers early.
• Facilitate functional workshops, translating client business requirements into platform configurations and delivery scope.
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner to clients, fostering long-term relationships through transparency and delivery excellence.
• Stay informed on digital banking trends, payments innovation, and emerging technologies to maintain a forward-looking delivery approach.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in project management or delivery roles within consulting, fintech, or banking technology in the GCC is required, with a proven track record of managing complex implementations end-to-end. Experience in team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and task allocation is essential. Proven experience delivering complex core banking, retail banking, or end-to-end card management programs is a must. Previous experience in Product Management or a Techno-Functional Role is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and budget oversight.
• Fluency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Solid understanding of risk, governance, compliance, and SAMA regulatory frameworks.
• Basic functional understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment rails, collections, disbursements, reconciliation, and open banking flows.
• Sufficient technical depth for API integration discussions and identifying potential integration issues.
• Ability to contribute to functional requirement workshops and produce trusted specifications.
• Capacity to make independent platform and configuration decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, effective with both C-level executives and technical teams.
• People-first leadership, fostering trust, clarity, and collaboration.
• An ownership mindset, taking accountability for outcomes and demonstrating adaptability.
• Native Arabic and very good English command is required for client-facing interactions across the GCC.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering API-first, open banking, or embedded finance platforms in a SaaS environment.
• Previous experience in product management or techno-functional consultancy.
• Background in solution consulting, pre-sales, or functional analysis for fintech or banking platforms.
• Familiarity with core banking systems or payment switching infrastructure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct client engagement across the GCC region.
