About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex road infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional who can lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage road infrastructure projects, serving as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including Amanah (Municipality) representatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strategic planning and execution align with project objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex road infrastructure projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Amanah (Municipality) stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee financial planning and budget management for assigned projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered according to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project timelines to ensure delivery within schedule.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain budget and schedule adherence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within road infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to manage project lifecycles, including mobilization, financial planning, and handover.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects for the region.
