Partners Marketing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join its Project Management Department in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of marketing projects within the agency.

The Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing marketing projects from their initial stages through to completion. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects meet client expectations, adhere to timelines, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Creative, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, and Development.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and client presentations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance using KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Ensure efficient utilization of agency resources and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify opportunities for client growth and improved service delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or agency environment. This role is suitable for individuals seeking to develop their career in project management within the marketing sector.

Collaboration and Communication Focus

A central aspect of this role involves serving as a critical liaison. The Project Manager will facilitate seamless communication and alignment between clients and diverse internal teams, including Creative, Content, and Digital Marketing.
