About the Project Manager Role

Taj Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure all project objectives are met efficiently and safely, in accordance with contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be accountable for the comprehensive management of projects from mobilization through to completion and handover. Key duties include:

• Leading and managing all project execution phases.
• Developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Overseeing project manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction, planning, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, and HSE departments.
• Monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and managing claims, variations, and contractual issues.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Preparing and presenting project progress reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Driving productivity, cost control, quality performance, and timely project completion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in construction projects.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management principles, and international construction standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.

The position requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, project management teams, and executive leadership. The work environment is fast-paced, supporting large-scale and high-profile projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
