About Afaq Q Tech General Trading

Afaq Q Tech General Trading supports Anow, Amazon's quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia. Anow focuses on delivering everyday essentials within 15 minutes from its network of dark stores across the country. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Quality Associate Amazon Now

As a Quality Associate for Amazon Now, you will be responsible for ensuring that Anow's quality standards are consistently met across its store network and vendor base. This role involves conducting regular site audits, identifying discrepancies against established standards, and collaborating with store and vendor teams to implement corrective actions. It is a field-intensive position that requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards and hold others accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits at Anow dark stores and vendor sites, evaluating operational processes, storage conditions, product quality, and compliance with Anow standards.
Document audit findings in a structured format and generate clear, actionable reports for store managers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders.
Track corrective action plans post-audit, following up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of identified gaps.
Maintain an updated view of quality performance across the store network, highlighting recurring issues and promptly escalating critical non-conformances.
Support the development and implementation of quality checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials as standards evolve.
Coordinate with Operations, Vendor Management, and Category teams to address quality issues stemming from upstream supply or process root causes.
Contribute to periodic quality reviews by compiling audit data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to the team.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and structured in approach.
Comfortable with field-heavy work and holding others accountable to high standards.
