About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing cost control, measurements, and contract-related tasks for Buildings projects. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents to ensure adherence to cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for changes or additional works.
• Support claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report any deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and provide support for contract administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience on road/highway projects is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC standards.
• Proficiency in contract management.
• Familiarity with cost-control tools.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong documentation abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills.
