MyPet Clinic is seeking a Reception & Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position that serves as the primary point of contact for clients, combining essential front-desk operations with active support for clinic services and product sales.

Key Responsibilities

The Reception & Sales Representative will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Responding to inquiries and managing appointment scheduling.
Handling client check-in and check-out processes.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
Coordinating with veterinary and nursing teams to support smooth patient flow.
Promoting clinic services and products.
Explaining treatment plans and preventive care options to clients.
Assisting with in-clinic sales of medications, pet care products, and service packages.
Performing general reception and clerical duties.
Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
Providing empathetic and professional support to clients and their pets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience, with 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional training in customer service, administration, or veterinary support is considered a plus.
Experience with clinic or practice management systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in a reception, customer-facing, healthcare, veterinary, or medical setting is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based on-site at the MyPet Clinic branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing direct support to clients and collaborating with veterinary and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
