The Role of Receptionist

Choice Hotels Saudi Arabia is seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming them, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls efficiently.
Managing guest reservations accurately.
Coordinating effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments.

Processing payments and handling financial transactions.
