About the Role

Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT) is seeking a Recruiter (Tamheer) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical skills within the Talent Acquisition department.

Role Overview

The HR Recruitment Tamheer Trainee will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment administration. It serves as a foundational step for developing a career in recruitment within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting job vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
• Screening and shortlisting resumes in accordance with specified job requirements.
• Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining communication with candidates.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assisting in the preparation of recruitment reports and necessary documentation.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment activities.

Experience and Development

This role is specifically structured for individuals with minimal to no prior experience in recruitment, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The program aims to equip trainees with essential recruitment competencies through direct involvement in operational tasks. Participants will develop a practical understanding of talent acquisition processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
