About YALLO Group

YALLO Group is actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition efforts within a dynamic environment.

The Role of Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on sourcing and securing candidates for specialized technology roles. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their expertise in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute successful hiring strategies for niche technology roles, including areas such as React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, and Salesforce.
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviewing and screening processes.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Negotiate salaries with candidates to align with company guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment activities.

Required Skills and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a recruitment role.
Demonstrated success in hiring for niche technology positions.
Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and various technology stacks.
Experience in both volume hiring and specialized, senior-level recruitment.
Excellent interviewing and screening capabilities.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
Competence with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, *****, Naukri, and Indeed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with GCC hiring processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote (Work From Home) position. The successful candidate will operate from Riyadh, contributing to the team's objectives while working flexibly.
