About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance and business growth within an assigned region in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting licensees in implementing approved sales strategies, monitoring performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and implement approved sales strategies, KPIs, tools, and commercial frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, including sales growth, transactions, average check, product mix, channel performance, pricing, and campaign results.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with licensees, develop corrective action plans, and follow up on sales and execution gaps.
• Support and train licensee teams in executing approved sales initiatives, promotions, pricing, product launches, and local market opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings by reviewing sales launch plans, campaign readiness, local opportunities, and opening-period performance.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, pricing movements, sales risks, and regional growth opportunities.
• Identify local sales opportunities through events, delivery platforms, seasonal demand, bulk orders, and partnerships with various organizations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Training, and other departments to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor licensee compliance with ALBAIK standards, approved promotions, pricing, brand guidelines, sales programs, and commercial practices.

Reporting and Collaboration

• Prepare regular regional sales reports, forecasts, market insights, recommendations, and performance updates for senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with licensees and stakeholders, sharing regional best practices and improvement opportunities with Corporate Sales.
• Provide coaching and support to licensee teams to strengthen sales capabilities and improve regional performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the QSR industry is mandatory.
• Strong experience in regional sales management and supporting multi-location restaurant operations, franchisees, or licensees.
• Professional certification in Sales Management, Commercial Management, or Business Strategy is required (*, CSP, CPSL, CIM).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, performance analysis, pricing, promotions, market research, and product launches.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.
