About the Role

O100 is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the overall performance, execution quality, and operational coordination of its retail store network in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves direct management of store managers and their teams. The position focuses on driving sales performance through rigorous KPI tracking, operational discipline, a strong field presence, and consistent execution within a luxury fragrance retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full ownership of retail performance across all reporting stores.
• Track, analyze, and manage key retail KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), productivity, and profitability.
• Drive the achievement of sales and performance targets, translating data into clear actions and measurable improvements.
• Ensure merchandising execution reflects luxury positioning and brand standards, monitoring displays, testers, POSM, and product presentation.
• Coordinate with brand partners on new launches and merchandising updates to support commercial performance.

Leadership and Operational Oversight

• Act as the direct manager for store managers and store teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Monitor store-level execution and discipline, addressing performance gaps in a factual and solution-oriented manner.
• Coordinate and oversee the operations of existing stores, ensuring consistent readiness for business and implementing practical solutions for operational issues.
• Maintain a strong field presence with regular store visits in Riyadh and other regions, evaluating stores on performance, execution, merchandising, and overall condition.
• Participate actively in new store openings, supporting operational preparation, staffing, and post-opening stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, mall rules, and brand standards, following up on maintenance, repairs, and operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Proven experience managing retail stores with direct reporting lines, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Multi-store retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience in luxury, premium, or fragrance retail is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
