About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled RR Sr Analyst II Software Engineering professional to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on contributing to software development initiatives within the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the software development team on the design, coding, and testing of software solutions, with an emphasis on developing and maintaining critical components.
• Work alongside senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.
• Research and propose innovative solutions by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, including a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more software programming languages and development methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components.
• Familiarity with standard software development practices and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks.

Additional Considerations

An advanced degree in a related field is considered a plus. Relevant certifications or additional training are also beneficial for candidates.
