About the Role

Clauger - شركة كالوجر تكنوفريجو اس ار ال is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience, focusing on ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment within industrial projects.

Role Purpose

The Safety Officer plays a critical role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, conducting inspections, and leading initiatives to maintain high safety standards across our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to employees.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain HSE documentation and safety records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in industrial projects.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and risk assessment principles.
• Strong communication skills for delivering training and interacting with staff.
• Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
