About the Sales Associate Role

Fad International is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to our sales operations and customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain the sales floor to ensure it is attractive and organized.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure correct visual display.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Handle customer exchanges and returns.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Support daily store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred; fashion experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• A positive and collaborative attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule and Language

This is a full-time position requiring availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a strong asset.
