About the Role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate for its boutique in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury jewelry Maison by delivering an elevated client experience, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role encourages learning, development, and internal mobility within a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Associate will uphold the brand's legacy of craftsmanship and service. This involves sharing the story, heritage, and creations of Van Cleef & Arpels with clients, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling.
• Contribute to the boutique's sales performance and achieve individual action plans.
• Communicate the Maison's story, heritage, and creations with passion and authenticity.
• Assist clients with after-sales services, including managing repairs and facilitating pick-ups.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Participate in boutique events and Maison activations as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail or a client-centric environment is preferred.
• A genuine interest in High Jewelry, craftsmanship, and the history of the Maison.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural sense of elegance and service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural team environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment process includes an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by interviews with the Boutique Manager, Retail Director, and HR Manager.
