About the Role

QAC - Quality for Exporting Agricultural Crops is seeking a Sales Manager Fresh Produce (Vegetables & Fruits) to lead its fresh produce division. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market share within the Riyadh region. This strategic role involves navigating the complexities of both local and imported produce to ensure QAC remains a top-tier supplier for the Catering, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and large-scale Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and annual plans to expand market share within the Riyadh region.
• Focus on Key Account Management, securing and overseeing high-value annual contracts with hospitals, hotels, catering companies, and hypermarkets.
• Leverage deep knowledge of local and imported produce seasons to optimize procurement, pricing, and supply chain efficiency, maintaining a competitive edge.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, optimizing route planning and performance metrics to achieve aggressive targets.
• Oversee the synergy between sales, warehouse operations, and fleet management to ensure every delivery meets high standards of quality and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Saudi agricultural market and a proven track record in the fruits and vegetables sector. This role requires leadership acumen to effectively drive growth across diverse channels and manage a sales team.

This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales management role within the fresh produce industry. Compensation for this role includes a competitive basic salary, performance-based incentives, and a robust commission structure.
