Sales Manager, Hilton - Riyadh

Hilton is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on generating and managing group sales to deliver guest experiences.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving group sales and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. This position involves fostering client relationships and executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and ensure positive guest stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and achieve lead generation goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, building and maintaining client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information into the hotel’s sales management system.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
