About United Imaging Healthcare and the Role

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Riyadh. This full-time position is instrumental in expanding the market presence and driving sales performance for our ultrasound products within the assigned regional territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the regional sales team and actively drive market share growth for UIH ultrasound products.
  • Participate in bidding activities and coordinate effectively with marketing, logistics, and service departments to ensure successful project execution and achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Engage in regional marketing promotion activities and tradeshows, conduct thorough analysis of specific market conditions, and build a robust regional network of key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a strong, customer-focused regional network, addressing and resolving customer issues through efficient internal coordination.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a medical or other related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience and a proven track record in the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for candidates possessing ultrasound working experience.
  • Deep understanding of the ultrasound imaging ecosystem and current development trends within the industry.

  • Strong customer-oriented approach and a clear result-driven mindset.
  • Solid management skills to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of competitors’ ultrasound products.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy formulation and execution.
  • Experience in tender and contract management processes.
  • Ability to acquire and analyze competitor intelligence effectively.
  • Understanding and analytical capability regarding local policies and regulations.
  • Proven capability in maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Skill in identifying and cultivating customers' ultrasound-related demands.

Experience Level

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating a consistent record of success in healthcare sales, particularly within the ultrasound domain.
