Role Overview

Signature Associates Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time, freelance role focuses on generating qualified leads and building a consistent pipeline for Signature Associates' HR services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the UAE markets. The primary target audience includes Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and corporates that require external HR expertise or project-based HR support. This position involves owning the full prospecting cycle from initial outreach to a qualified handover to senior management.

Engagement Model and Compensation

This is a part-time freelance engagement only. Signature Associates will not provide employment contracts, visa sponsorship, or work permit support. Candidates must already possess the legal right to work and operate as a freelancer in both KSA and the UAE without requiring sponsorship. Individuals currently in full-time employment are not eligible for this role. Compensation will be structured as a day rate or retainer, to be agreed upon prior to the start date, complemented by a commission structure based on pipeline contribution and closed revenue. The overall package will undergo a formal review at the three-month mark, alongside a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assessment.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to decision-makers based in KSA and the UAE.
  • Perform outreach in both Arabic and English, as appropriate for each prospect.
  • Research and proactively contact at least five prospects before each relevant networking event.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and Signature-hosted events through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up with all webinar and event attendees within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Identify and cultivate new lead sources, including business councils, chambers of commerce (*, BACCI, BCCK), and LinkedIn referrals.
  • Maintain a clean and fully up-to-date HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate contact records, pipeline stages, and scheduled follow-ups.
  • Log all calls, emails, and meetings on the same day they occur.
  • Flag prospects with future potential and schedule proactive re-engagement activities.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates during agreed weekly check-ins with senior management.

Client Qualification and Market Presence

  • Qualify prospects by understanding their organizational size, current HR setup, specific pain points, and readiness to engage.
  • Identify the optimal moment to involve senior management for consultative discussions and closing activities.
  • Coordinate a smooth and well-documented handover process to enable senior management to close deals effectively.
  • Attend relevant KSA and UAE business events, trade fairs, and HR forums to enhance Signature Associates' brand presence in the region.
  • Represent Signature Associates professionally at both in-person and virtual events.
  • Support event logistics and promotional efforts in coordination with the Marketing Executive.

Scope of Engagement

The following responsibilities remain with senior management and are outside the remit of this Sales Representative role at this stage:

  • Consultative selling, including tailored needs analysis with directors and the creation of bespoke proposals.
  • Contract negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Account management and upselling, which will be reviewed for potential inclusion after the initial 90-day assessment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) – this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Previous sales or business development experience in the Gulf region, ideally with 0-1 years of professional experience.
