About the Sales Representative Role

شركة الحدائق السعوديه الزراعية is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales performance. The compensation structure for this role is based on sales commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering product data and specifications for goods and services.
• Developing and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers, including their contact information and addresses.
• Contacting or visiting customers to present sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive advantages.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including issuing invoices and collecting payments.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to collect outstanding debts.
• Preparing and submitting regular work reports, ensuring all documentation is properly saved.

Sales Process Management

This role involves the end-to-end management of sales activities. Key tasks include verifying prices, applying authorized discounts, and ensuring the accurate completion of sales transactions. A critical aspect of the role is the diligent collection of customer debts, which must be recorded, documented, and remitted to the finance department promptly.

Customer Relationship Building

Building and maintaining a robust customer base is central to this position. The Sales Representative will be responsible for creating and updating a comprehensive database of clients. This includes proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce products and services, and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.

Reporting and Documentation
