About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is an opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to our growth by generating leads, closing deals, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess a commitment to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs to effectively propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to achieve profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a comparable sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of sales principles and best practices in customer service.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a positive professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this position.

Preferred Education

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role.
