About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is an opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to our growth by generating leads, closing deals, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess a commitment to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand client needs to effectively propose suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to achieve profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a comparable sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A solid understanding of sales principles and best practices in customer service.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a positive professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this position.
