We are seeking a Sales Specialist Cardiovascular Informatics META to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time field position, primarily involving work at customer or supplier locations rather than company facilities.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing sales efforts for assigned product modalities within the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert advice and support, all while working under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales efforts for assigned product modalities, deliver accurate business forecasting, and develop strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop approaches to penetrate new markets or expand existing market presence, leveraging a deep understanding of clinical and technical aspects of product modalities.
• Inform and advise customers on the latest technological innovations and configurations, including upgrades to existing installations, addressing inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist stakeholders in delivering compelling customer presentations focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition, strategically positioning products and services to address competitive challenges and support tender strategies.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer interactions and sales data for products, ensuring timely data entry to support sales strategies, track engagement, and enhance customer relationships.
• Support concerned stakeholders in achieving business goals, including balanced selling and attainment of business unit annual operating plan (AOP) targets, and provide critical input for validating product forecasts and strategic planning.

Market Analysis and Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to provide strategic input on sales tools, pricing strategies, and competitive threats, enabling Marketing to effectively support Specialists and contribute to the strategic goals of the business unit.
• Prepare and present detailed analyses, reports, and performance metrics on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement, market expansion, and competitive advantage, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

• Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the commercial unit.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Philips policies across all sales activities, maintaining high levels of quality and ethical standards in interactions with customers and stakeholders.
• Guide and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations, fostering a culture of impact with care.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the health technology or cardiovascular informatics sector.
