Sales Specialist

About the Role

Everhires is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join a growing business in the beauty and cosmetics industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on premium international beauty brands and professional nail care products. The business supplies high-end products to professional salons and individual customers across Saudi Arabia, while also offering professional training, certifications, and salon consultation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through proactive client acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.
• Identify and approach potential salon clients, arrange meetings, present products, and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals, and existing customers.
• Demonstrate product usage, explain features and benefits, and stay updated on the latest beauty and nail care trends.
• Ensure professional product displays, proper stock availability, and high visual merchandising standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, gather client feedback, and support promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, track customer interactions, and contribute to achieving business objectives.
• Travel to salons across Riyadh to conduct meetings, introduce products, and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and customers.
• Knowledge of beauty and nail care products and trends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly performance-based sales commission.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, totaling 9 hours per day, including a one-hour break.
