About the Role

Walk In Solutions is seeking a SEA Exports Manager for an FMCG Client to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving business growth and market expansion across South East Asian markets for an FMCG client.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the export business within assigned South East Asian markets. This involves overseeing distributor relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring market share and profitability targets are consistently met. The role requires a strategic approach to building strong, sustainable partnerships and achieving operational excellence in market execution.

Drive business development initiatives across South East Asian markets.
Manage distributor relationships to ensure strong and sustainable partnerships.
Oversee sales and commercial operations to achieve profitability and market share objectives.
Lead market development strategies and expansion efforts.
Execute trade marketing plans effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in exports, international sales, or distributor management, specifically within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Demonstrated experience with South East Asian markets and a proven track record of driving growth in these regions are highly valued.
