Role Overview

The Security Managed Services Analyst will play a key role in monitoring and responding to security events. This position involves the initial assessment of potential security incidents, ensuring timely escalation or resolution, and maintaining the integrity of security operations. The analyst will work within a structured environment to support the company's commitment to client security.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial investigations and triage of potential security incidents, escalating or closing events as appropriate.
• Monitor the Security Operations Center (SOC) ticket queue, including email and phone channels, for reported events.
• Review the latest security alerts and take action according to defined remediation processes.
• Create security incidents based on established processes and alerts.
• Provide support for incident remediation and investigation efforts.
• Update documentation, including Knowledge Base (KB) articles and runbooks.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a related field. A foundational understanding of security principles and incident response is beneficial.

Work Environment
