About the Role

EjadTech is seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key government entities in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving business growth through identifying opportunities, converting them into projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of government operations and digital transformation initiatives within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in government agencies to understand their strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by analyzing client environments, government initiatives, and budget cycles.
  • Convert client relationships into qualified opportunities and manage the sales pipeline through to project closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, delivery, legal, and finance for seamless contract execution and service delivery.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of commercial and technical proposals that articulate business value.
  • Monitor project progress to maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally in government forums, industry conferences, and strategic meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing key accounts or business development in technology companies.
  • Proven track record of success in building government relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, digital transformation frameworks, and national initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions including ERP, CRM, cloud services, and system integrations.

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on opportunity identification and conversion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strategic thinking ability to navigate complex government environments.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Performance Metrics

Key performance indicators for this role include the achievement of annual sales targets for government key accounts, the number of opportunities successfully converted into active projects, customer satisfaction ratings and feedback scores, and the expansion and strengthening of strategic relationships within government entities.
