Senior Category Manager Mobiles

The Role

Noon is seeking a Senior Category Manager Mobiles to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves owning the mobile category, which is a significant part of Noon's e-commerce operations, processing millions of orders annually. The Senior Category Manager will be responsible for driving category strategy, managing merchant partnerships, and optimizing pricing and assortment to enhance Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and customer satisfaction. The role also includes P&L ownership, shipping category innovations, and scaling mobile sales across KSA.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile category P&L and drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization.
• Build and manage merchant partnerships, recruit new sellers, and negotiate commercial terms to expand inventory depth and competitiveness.
• Analyze category performance, customer trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Launch category initiatives, including new brands, exclusive products, or seasonal campaigns, and measure their impact on sales and margin.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with category operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory, fulfillment, and delivery challenges.
• Set category KPIs, track weekly and monthly performance against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Represent the mobile category in senior leadership forums and communicate strategy, risks, and results clearly.
