Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator - Projects within the Commercial Office will support project organization, alignment, and progression. This full-time position in Riyadh involves contributing to complex initiatives and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial office project activities, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and administrative documentation across teams.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues and follow up on action items.
• Track project milestones, documentation, and approvals to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or office administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across teams.
