Gulf Center for Geophysical & Water Consulting is seeking a Senior Foreman Engineering & Construction to join its Field Operations team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in overseeing construction and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Foreman Engineering & Construction will lead construction site operations, supervising specialist teams and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project management, driving operational excellence across civil construction and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily engineering and construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all construction activities.
• Manage site administration, workforce coordination, and construction documentation.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, resource utilization, costs, and work quality.
• Oversee heavy concrete works, formwork, scaffolding, excavation, surveying, and civil construction activities.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve site issues and maintain effective working relationships.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop construction crews while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support quality management systems, construction testing, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, resource utilization, and construction performance.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and construction roles, demonstrating a strong background in leading and supervising field operations.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the company's Field Operations team.
