About the Role

MRSOOL Inc is seeking a Senior Fraud Investigator to join its Trust and Safety team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The Senior Fraud Investigator will be responsible for leading complex investigations, identifying sophisticated fraud and financial crime patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance prevention, controls, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong investigative judgment, the ability to influence outcomes through clear reporting, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks to improve the company's security posture. Additionally, the Senior Fraud Investigator will mentor junior team members and contribute to refining investigation frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end investigations into high-risk or high-impact cases, including fraud, AML/financial crime typologies, account misuse, merchant abuse, and other suspicious activities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis across multiple signals and sources to detect patterns, trends, and emerging threats.
  • Produce comprehensive investigation reports detailing timelines, evidence, conclusions, and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance detection rules, controls, and tooling, translating investigation findings into scalable solutions.
  • Provide coaching, case reviews, and guidance to other investigators to improve overall investigation quality and consistency.
  • Define and iterate on SOPs, QA standards, and escalation criteria to improve turnaround time and accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers and merchants in both Arabic and English to verify details and resolve complex cases.
  • Work a flexible schedule, which may include shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in fraud, risk operations, AML, transaction monitoring, or investigations.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and persuasive investigation narratives.
  • Experience using fraud/risk tooling and case management systems (*, Groupe IB, Sardine, Focal/Mozn, SEON).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.

Team and Work Environment

This role is part of the Trust and Safety team within MRSOOL Inc. The position is full-time and located in Riyadh. The work environment requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational needs, including potential work during weekends, nights, and holidays.
