Senior HR Systems Development Analyst

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Senior HR Systems Development Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on supporting and enhancing HR systems and digital solutions. The role involves optimizing HR processes, managing system improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that align with business objectives.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The Senior HR Systems Development Analyst will be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of HR systems. This includes coordinating with IT and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution, ensuring system configurations align with HR policies and business needs, and driving process improvements across various HR functions.

• Support and maintain HR systems effectively.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business requirements.
• Analyze and improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and the overall employee lifecycle.
• Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities where possible.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Role Accountabilities

• Maintain and update soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within specified delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve arising problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined work area.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR systems development and analysis. A strong understanding of HR processes and system optimization is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within alfanar Group. The role requires collaboration with internal HR and IT teams, as well as external vendors.
