About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of residential projects within the Qiddiya development in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to manage commercial strategies, financial performance, and contractual obligations for residential developments, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder value.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive commercial management of residential development projects. Key duties include:

• Managing the commercial planning and execution of residential development projects.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring commercial strategies to achieve profitability and financial objectives.
• Conducting market research and feasibility studies to support project development.
• Preparing and overseeing project budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks associated with project delivery.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Leading and mentoring junior commercial staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial management, with a specific focus on residential projects.
• Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is required.
• Relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
