Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Sports Stadium SPA to lead the successful execution of a significant stadium project in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to delivering an iconic venue that will serve as a centerpiece for national athletics.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Delivery Sports Stadium SPA will provide strategic leadership for the construction and end-to-end delivery phases of a large-scale sports facility. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects to ensure adherence to vision, performance standards, budget, quality, and timeline parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and end-to-end delivery phases of the stadium, ensuring the project adheres to its vision and performance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop effective strategies for project delivery that meet budget, quality, and timeline parameters.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government entities, sports organizations, and community representatives, to align project objectives with national interests.
• Implement and enforce rigorous project governance, risk management practices, and quality control procedures throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress through regular site assessments and reporting to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate strong collaboration among contractors and suppliers to foster a successful project environment.
• Provide strategic guidance and updates to senior management regarding project status, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote sustainable practices and innovations that contribute to the functionality and environmental stewardship of the stadium.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale sports facilities or similar complex construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in project execution and strategic delivery.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality control.
