Senior Manager / Director, Business Consulting - Supply Chain

EY is seeking a Senior Manager / Director, Business Consulting to join its Supply Chain team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading client engagement teams, delivering professional services, and participating in business development activities for strategic and global priority accounts. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Focus of the Supply Chain & Operations Team

The Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team provides insights into Procurement transformation. This includes areas such as Spend Management (cost optimization, category management, strategic sourcing), Procurement Operating Model Transformation, Procurement Digitalization, Procurement Operations, and ESG. The team's primary objective is to assist clients in effectively managing their supply chains to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large transformational client engagements and internal projects.
Establish and maintain valued relationships with external clients at the C-level.
Lead global and regional bids, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.
Guide client teams in improving their business performance.
Present executive summary findings to enact change.
Manage multiple EY colleagues across various levels and client team members.
Review the work of others to ensure high quality standards.
Mentor staff to support their career progression.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with comprehensive and proven technical expertise in supply chain and procurement. This role requires a strong leader with a commitment to developing people and contributing to firm initiatives. A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, coach, and mentor staff at all levels.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and contributing to performance feedback for staff.
A track record of contributing to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining professionals.
