About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) to oversee planning, procurement, coordination, delivery, and installation for hospitality projects within the Riyadh Province. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in managing FF&E and OS&E for large-scale hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead all FF&E and OS&E activities from project concept through to hotel opening. This includes:

• Developing and managing FF&E/OS&E budgets, procurement schedules, logistics plans, and installation programs.
• Ensuring all FF&E and OS&E packages meet operator brand standards, project requirements, and quality expectations.
• Supporting tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Reviewing quotations, technical submissions, mock-ups, samples, and material approvals.
• Collaborating with hotel operators, designers, consultants, and stakeholders to define detailed project requirements.
• Participating in design reviews, mock-up evaluations, and value engineering exercises.
• Assisting procurement and commercial teams with vendor evaluation and negotiation.
• Monitoring manufacturing progress, production schedules, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery timelines.
• Ensuring effective FF&E scheduling and logistics coordination to meet project milestones and opening dates.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all FF&E and OS&E matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in FF&E and OS&E management within hospitality or hotel projects.
• Proven experience delivering luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or large-scale hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality procurement processes, logistics management, and hotel operational requirements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end FF&E and OS&E for hotel projects or comparable hospitality developments.
• Experience working with procurement consultants and managing supplier coordination.
• Familiarity with operator requirements, brand standards, and hospitality operational needs.
• Exposure to large-scale or multi-asset developments.
• Experience working within procurement governance frameworks, including tendering and supplier evaluation.
• Experience in KSA / GCC or similar environments is preferred.

Role Context

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Riyadh Province. The Senior Manager will be integral to the successful execution of hospitality projects at Qiddiya, ensuring that all FF&E and OS&E elements are procured, delivered, and installed according to project specifications and operational needs.

Work Environment

The position is a full-time role within a dynamic project environment. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including hotel operators, designers, consultants, and suppliers, will be a key aspect of the daily work.
