The Role of Senior Planning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our ePMO team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for significant construction and infrastructure initiatives. The role ensures that all planning activities align with contractual requirements, execution strategies, and company objectives, while also providing mentorship to junior planners and delivering accurate reports and forecasts to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and secure client approvals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective recovery actions.
• Perform comprehensive delay impact analyses and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Coordinate closely with project, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present detailed dashboards and reports utilizing Excel and Power BI.
• Track manpower, equipment, and productivity performance against established baselines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably within major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong analytical skills for delay impact analysis.
