Senior Project Controls Manager

About the Role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls functions for an assigned project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a senior member of the project team, providing strategic oversight for various project control aspects, and supporting the FIDIC Engineer in contract administration and project performance assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall project controls strategy, governance, and integrated controls team.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, and change management activities.
• Support FIDIC contract administration, including claims, Extensions of Time (EOTs), variations, and contractor submissions.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and risk registers.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and performance assessments for senior stakeholders.
• Manage interface coordination across contractors, authorities, operators, and project teams.
• Ensure integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital delivery, and project controls systems.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls functions.
