About the Role

Green Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner to join our team in the Riyadh Region. This full-time position is ideal for a planning professional with a proven track record in project scheduling, progress monitoring, executive reporting, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for:

• Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitoring project progress against approved baselines and weekly plans.
• Identifying delays, risks, and deviations related to time, cost, and quality.
• Preparing weekly and monthly executive reports detailing progress, risks, pending decisions, and required actions.
• Following up on corrective action plans with project managers until closure.
• Supporting delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, and claims when required.
• Coordinating with project managers, site teams, procurement, finance, design, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining dashboards, risk logs, delay trackers, and pending decision records.
• Converting complex project data into clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and executive summaries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in planning, project control, or scheduling.
• Strong experience in contracting, real estate development, design & build, fit-out, or landscaping projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of time, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and project progress cycles.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills.
• Ability to conduct site visits in Riyadh when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in villas, residential compounds, fit-out, landscaping, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of cost control, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience in delay analysis, claims, and EOT support.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Primavera P6 certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with dashboards, Odoo, Power BI, or similar project tracking tools.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. Site visits may be required.
